Anger

ANGER IS NOT A CLEVER RESPONSE. Wise people are happy and happy people don't get angry. Firstly, anger is irrational.

One day, when our monastery vehicle pulled up at red traffic light alongside another car I noticed that the driver of the other vehicle was ranting at the traffic lights: "You damn lights! You knew I had an important appointment. You knew I was running late. And you let that other car through just ahead of me, you pig, du bist ein Schwein! And this is not the first time either..."

He was blaming the traffic lights, as if they had much choice. He thought the traffic lights hurt him on purpose: "Ah-hah!! Here he comes. I know he's late. I'll just let this other car through fisrt and then.... RED! Stop! Got him!" The traffic lights might appear malicious, but they're just being traffic lights, that's all. What do you expect from traffic lights?

I imagined him reaching home late and his wife ranting at him, "You damn husband! You knew we had an important appointment. You knew not to be late. And you saw the other business ahead of me. you pig! Du bist ein Schwein! And this is not the first time either..."

She was blaming her husband, as if he had much choice. She thought her husband hurt her on purpose: "Ah-hah! I've got an important appointment with my wife. I'll be late. I'll just see to this other person first. Late! Got her!" Husbands might appear malicious, but they're just being husbands, that's all. What do you expect from husbands?

The characters in this story may be changed to suit most occasions of anger. Don't let your anger last until the night fall. Don't let your anger destroy the quality of your life. Don't let your anger get the best of you and make you stop loving; Because once you get pass all your anger, the one you love may not be there anymore.

english translation:
SNAIL

Should or shouldn't
Forget about my heavy shell
Searching for where I can find a blue sky
Following the gentle wind and lightly float
The wounds that I have don't feel painful
I want to one step at a time proceed climbing upwards
Waiting for sunshine, I quietly looked at its face

The small sky
Has big dreams
The heavy shell is wrapped round the gentle adoring look
I want to one step at a time proceed climbing upwards
On the highest point
Riding on a blade of leaf I fly forward

The small sky
The tears and the sweat that has dropped
There has to be a day when I have a sky that belongs to me
I want to one step at a time proceed climbing upwards
On the highest point riding on a blade of leaf

Fly forward
Let wind blow dry
The tears and the sweat that has dropped
I want to one step at a time proceed climbing upwards
Waiting for sunshine, I quietly looked at its face

The small sky
Has big dreams
I have a sky that belongs to me

Let wind blow dry
The tears and the sweat that has dropped
There has to be a day when I have a sky that belongs to me
